Mexican potatoes

People who like vegetables they want to cook them through different ways. So that they dont get bored by making same thing in same way. It makes your dishes more delicious and healthy when you add your full concentration and little variation. Try this spicy potato as snack.

  • Potatoes ½ kg
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Onion 1 (chopped)
  • Garlic 2 tsp (chopped)
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin seed 1 tsp
  • Paprika ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Cinnamon powder ½ tsp
  • Red or green chili 6
  • Olives 6

Cooking Directions

Dice the potatoes and boil them in water for 5 minutes.
Heat oil in a skillet and fry onion along with garlic for 2 minutes.
Add red chili powder, cumin seeds, paprika, salt and cinnamon powder.
Mix well and add the boiled potatoes.
Cook for 10 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
Dish out and garnish with green or red chilies and olives.
The Mexican potatoes are ready to serve.
