• 4 potatoes
  • ½ tsp yellow color
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 pinch baking powder
  • 1 cup gram flour
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup corn flour
  • 2 tsp red chili powder
  • Salt as required
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • Oil for frying


Peel the potatoes and cut in pieces. Put it hot water with ½ tsp yellow color, baking powder and ½ tsp salt and wash it for a minute .

Now sieve with cold water. In a bowl mix gram flour, flour, salt, corn flour, red chili powder and 1 tsp chaat masala.

Now put the potatoes in this mixture and fry in hot oil.
Serve it with imli chatni and ketchup.
