Achari Bakri ka Qeema

  • Mutton minced -350 gm
  • Kari leave-10 to 8
  • Onion- 2 chopped
  • Ginger -1 tsp
  • Garlic -1 tsp
  • Red chilly -1 tsp
  • Kalindi -1 tsp
  • Tomato-2
  • Turmeric -1/4 tsp
  • Coriander- little bit
  • Green chilly -2
  • Oil -3 tbsp
  • Salt -to taste


  • Take minced put garlic, ginger, red pepper, turmeric, salt mixed it well and leave it for 30 min.
  • Heat up oil in the pan put Kalinda, curry leave, green chilly, and cooked it for 2 min.
  • Now add minced in it and cooked it well.
  • After that add at tomato, coriander and cooked it for 4 to 5 min.
  • Serve it with roti.
