AJWANI PANEER TIKKA

INGREDIENts

  • 250 gms of cheese cubes (each cube half-inch large)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 capsicum
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander
  • For Marinating:
  • 1 / 2 cup yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 2 teaspoon tandoori powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 2 teaspoon chat masala
  • 2 teaspoon parsley
  • Salt and red chilli powder (according to taste)

COOKING DIRECTIONS

Cut vegetables into cubes. Mix all marinating ingredients and keep aside.

Now mix the vegetables and paneer in the marinated mixture. Put in the refrigerator for 3 hours.

Stick the pieces in skewer and cook in tandoor.

Serve it hot with green chutney. Use coriander and lime pieces for decoration.
