Andon Ka Khagina (Asian Scrambled Eggs) Recipe

Asian scrambled eggs are usually flavored with spices and herbs. You can serve it with toasted bread or paratha.

Recipe Ingredients

  •      Eggs 6
  •     Onions 4 (finely chopped)
  •     Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  •     Salt to taste
  •     Green coriander ½ bunch
  •     Green Chilies 4 (chopped)
  •     Whole red Chilies 6 or to taste
  •     Oil as required
Recipe Method

  1. Take a pan in oil Sauté the onions to golden brown.
  2. When the onions turn golden brown take out half of its quantity. Beat eggs, turmeric and salt and mix it in the other half of the onions.
  3. Slightly sauté then add red chili, green chili, and coriander.
  4. Khagina is ready.
