  • Almond ½ kg
  • Sugar ½ kg
  • Khoya 150 gram
  • Moscow saffron 50 gram
  • Pandanus 4 spoons

How to cook:

First wet the almond in water and remove their covers and then grind them. Add sugar in this water and make sweet liquid. Now add the cardamom pieces in the cauldron

And mix the grind almond and cook it well. When it’s fried and spread its smell then add khoya in it. Now add sweet liquid and move the spoon continually. When it’s get dry then add Moscow saffron in pandanus. When it’s left the ghee then remove it from the stove and freeze it in some pot. And cut it in slices.
