Badam White Roast

 

Recipe Ingredients

  • Mutton ½ kg
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Onion boiled 1
  • Potato boiled & mashed 1
  • Boiled egg 2
  • Green chilies 2 – 3
  • Dry red chilies 4 – 5
  • Almond boiled 50 gm
  • Water 3 cup
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Ginger 1 piece
  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Mix whole spice as required
  • Salt to taste

Recipe Method

  1. Heat ¼ cup oil in a wok, add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and ½ kg mutton. Fry well till golden brown.
  2. Then add mix whole spices as required and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add 1 boiled ground onion, 1 boiled mashed potato, 4 – 5 dry red chilies, 250 gm yogurt, salt to taste and 3 cup water. Simmer on low flame for 15 – 20 minutes.
  4. Now add 2 – 3 green chilies cut into strips, 1 tbsp coriander leaves, 50 gm boiled ground almonds and salt to taste. Fry well on high flame till oil comes on top.
  5. Then add 2 tbsp butter and mix well. Dish it out, top with 1 tbsp ginger juliennes. Garnish with 2 boiled egg cut into 4 pieces.
  6. Serve hot.
