• Salt to taste
  • Potatoes (cut in shape of French fries) 2
  • Water (as required)
  • Cooking Oil 1-2 tsp


Into boiling water add potatoes for 1-2 minutes (to blanch), strain into cold water, strain and then pat dry.

Put blanched fries into a bowl and sprinkle with oil and salt.

Spread the fries in a baking dish and put in preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 10-12 minutes. Serve immediately.
