Balochi Bhindi Gosht Recipe

Balochi Bhindi Gosht is a balochi traditional dish. Serve with chappati or naan and some yogurt. If you add little lemon juice in ladyfinger then it wont get sticky. And the will be enhance more.
Recipe Ingredients

  • Mutton  ½ kg
  • Lady fingers½ kg
  • Onions 3
  • Coriander1 tbsp
  • Turmeric1 tsp
  • Yogurt   ½ cup
  • Red chili powder1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • All spice powder1 tsp
  • Green chilies4
  • Oil1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste1 tbsp
Recipe Method
Wash ½ kg lady fingers and cut them from top and bottom. Take 1 cup oil in thepan and deep fry the lady fingers till they are golden brown. Take it out and spread it on the tissue paper. Now blend together, 3 onions, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp coriander, 1 tsp turmeric and 1 tbsp red chili. Take some oil in t he pan, and add in the blended masala and cook it. Then add in 1/2 kg mutton. When the water dries than add in then add in 1 cup hot water. As the meat tender, add in fried lady fingers and 4 green chilies. add in 1 tbsp all spice powder and simmer it for 5 minutes. Serve hot with nan.
