Balochi Fish

Recipe Ingredients

Fish     1 to 1 ½ cup

Green coriander chopped     1 bunch

Mint chopped  1 bunch

Lemon    2

Green chilies chopped    4

White vinegar   ½ cup

White cumin     1 tsp

Aniseed     1 tsp

Caro.m       1 tsp

Dry garlic powder          1 tbsp

Garlic chopped      2 tbsp

Red chili crushed     2 tbsp

White flour          2 tbsp

Oil        for fry

Salt         to taste

Recipe Method

Pour ½ cup vinegar in 1 to 1 ½ fish and leave it for 5 minutes.

Now wash it and add 2 lemon juice, turmeric and salt to taste and leave it for 5 minutes.

Then grease the frying pan and cook the marinated fish till water dries.

Roast 1 tsp white cumin, 1 tsp carom and 1 tsp aniseed and grind it.

Then in a blender add grinded masala, 1 bunch mint, 1 bunch green coriander and 4 chopped green chilies to blend and make chutney.

Then add ½ cup vinegar, 2 tbsp red chili crushed, 1 tbsp dry garlic powder and 2 tbsp white flour to mix and marinate fish slices and leave it for 10 minutes.

In a wok heat as required oil and deep fry fish till it turn golden brown.
