BALOCHI PULAO

 

Ingredients

  • Chicken 1 kg 12 pieces
  • Onion 1 kg fried dark brown remove and crushed
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Rice 750 gm boiled with 2 tbsp salt
  • Allspice 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp heaped

COOKING DIRECTIONS

Heat oil fry onion dark brown, remove and crush, in the same oil ad chicken with garlic paste, salt, and allspice powder,

fry well add half crushed onion with 1 cup water, cover and cook till done, add remaining brown onion,

now give layers, spread rice in pan, then chicken, sprinkle with ½ tsp allspice, remaining boiled rice, leave it on dum, mix and serve with fried kishmish and almonds sliced.
