BEEF YAKHNI PULAO

CM Rida Aftab-Recipes
Ingredients:
- 1/2 kilo beef (if using mutton, use only senay wala ghosht (chest piece of mutton)
- 1/2 kilo chawal (soak & washed 30 minutes before)
- 3tbl dahi
- 1tbl sabut dania
- 1tsp zeera
- 1tbl ginger garlic paste
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1tbl SABUT garam masala (kali mirch, laung, dal chini, badi choti elchi, jaifail etc)
- 2 pyas
- 6 hari mirch chopped
- 4 lehsan cloves
- 1 tukra adrak
- 1/2 cup oil
- 4 glass water
How to cook:

In 4 glasses of water add ghost & sabut dania, mix garam masal, 4 cloves of lehsan, adrak, 1 pyas (sub ko mota mota kat lo) add to the water & boil for 1 hr. & then us ko chan lo (seperate beef & yakhni).
In a big pan add oil to brown the onions. When the onions are brown add ghost , 1tbl of garam masala, zeera, ginger garlic paste, 2tsp namak, bhun it very well. then add yogurt. & bhun it again. Then add rice & yakhni.
Rida tip : - First add rice THEN yaknni
Cook on tez anch first until 2-3 boils happen (Rida cooked it uncovered) THEN put it on dum on low heat until cooked.
