INGREDIENTS
- Beetroot (boiled) 2
- Potatoes boiled 2
- Dill ¼ bunch
- Fish fillet 300 gm
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder ¼ tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Capsicum 1
- Tomato 1
- Onion 1
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Oil for fry
- Dry flour ½ cup
COOKING DIRECTIONS
Cut fish into cubes, also chop potatoes and beetroot into small cubes.
In a bowl mix together fish cubes, salt to taste, black pepper and lemon juice. Mix well.
Spread ½ cup flour in a platter. Now coat fish and potato cubes in dry flour. Then deep fry till golden brown. Remove from oil and keep aside.
In another wok heat 2 – 3 tbsp oil. Add 1 tbsp garlic paste and sauté till brown.
Now add 1 chopped capsicum and 1 chopped onion. Fry well for 1 minute.
Then add fried potatoes, fried beetroot, tomato, chopped dill, salt to taste and crushed red pepper. Mix well.
Lastly add in fried fish and toss, then dish it out and serve hot.
