  1. Thank you, I’ve recently been looking for information about this topic for a while and yours is the best I have discovered till now. However, what in regards to the bottom line? Are you positive concerning the supply?|What i do not understood is in fact how you are no longer really a lot more well-favored than you may be now. You’re so intelligent.

  7. If you are using white rice, then you should rinse them twice under warm water before cooking. This helps remove some of the starch and makes the rice less sticky.

  8. yummy!

  9. Very nice. I eat brown rice several times a week. Very healthy.

  10. lovely video, thanks you!

  11. I really enjoy watching your videos; i cook at a local family owned Lebanese restaurant. I would love to ask you a question about the rice. When you use basmati white rice would it be better to use allspice?

  12. You can add any spice that you like to it, i’m sure it will taste great!

This recipe reminds me of homemade “Rice-A-Roni”, but better ;)! What is Sumac?

  14. Sumac is a berry that is dried and crushed and used as a spice. It is a little bit sour but adds a wonderful element of flavor. You can omit it if you’d like :)
    HAPPY COOKING!

Thanks, I’ll have to look it up when I’m out grocery shopping again ;)!

  16. ok… but when you use white rice is it the same process. because i remember my mom soaking the rice in water before cooking it. and thanks for the fast response

  17. Yes it is the same process. My mom used to soak the white rice as well but you really don’t have to. THe only reason why you do it is because it removes the extra starch from the rice.

Is it ok if I get the “5 minuet Rice” Brown Rice ??? or is the 5 minet rice not as healthy as the normal rice that takes 45 min to cook ???

because most of the time i dont have time to wait 45 min,

Why does it need egg noodles?

  20. Yes you can use the 5 minutes rice, it is not as healthy as brown rice but as long as you are cooking at home, eventually you’ll be able to make time for brown rice :) Use the 5 minute rice but just don’t cook as long :)

  21. When egg noodles are toasted they add a wonderful nutty flavor, it is very traditionally Mediterranean :)

  22. I am always looking to try something different and this is definitely it! I hate cooking brown rice though but making the switch bcuz of the health benefits. Any more ideas on making brown rice?
    Thanks for the video!!

  23. adding bouillion helps a lot with the flavor. Also add any spices that you like, it all works. :)

  24. She is gorgeous!! Oh her cooking aint bad either. Lol.

  25. May I know whcih type of noodles do you use?
