BHARWAN ACHARI MUSHROOM

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 big mushrooms
  • 15 gms pickle spices
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of turmeric powder

COOKING DIRECTIONS

Wash mushrooms and boil it in turmeric and salt mixed water

Remove stick from mushrooms and chop it finely. Mix pickle spices well and now the stuffing is ready.

Fill each mushrooms equally with stuffing and roast it in OTG for 2-3 minutes.

Now your spicy stuffed mushroom is ready, serve it hot with Green coriander/Mint chutney and onion rings.
