• Puffed rice – 3 cups (available in Indian stores)
  • Potatoes – 2 (boiled, peeled and chopped into tiny cubes)
  • Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
  • Tomato – 1 (finely chopped)
  • Cilantro – handful (finely chopped)
  • Green Chillies – 2 (finely chopped)
  • Tamarind chutney – to taste
  • Green chutney – to taste
  • Sev – 1 cup ( for garnish)
  • Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
  • Papdi – handful ( crushed)
  • Peanuts – 1/4 cup (roasted)
  • Cucumber – 1/2 (chopped into tiny pieces)


Mix all the ingredients except puffed rice and sev in a large bowl. Add the tamarind chutney and green chutney according to taste preferences.

Finally add the puffed rice and mix together. Garnish with sev and serve immedietely. (otherwise it will become soggy)
