Carrot 1, cut in strips
Cabbage 1 ½ cups, sliced
Cucumber 1, cut in strips
Curd ½ kg beaten
Sugar 2 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp

For bhagar:

Mustard seeds ½ tsp
Curry leaves few
Oil ¼ cup

1. Beat Curd.
2. Add in salt, sugar & vegetable juliennes.
3. Mix all remove in a salad bowl.
4. Gives bhagar on top of salad. Serve chilled.
