• 2pckts full cream amul milk
  • 2 fresh slices of bread
  • 2crushed cardommon s
  • Nutmeg to grate
  • Sugar as per taste
  • 1 well beaten egg
  • 2-3 tsps. Full vanilla essence
  • Butter for greasing the baking tin


Bread pudding :

In two packets of already boiled milk … Don”t remove cream ..add 2 slices of bread crumbled and 2 cardommon crushed ….. Leave to heat till bread is well mixed …..add sugar and keep stirring ..
Take off the flame , and cool ….now add one well beaten egg and around 2 to 3 tspn…viola vanilla essence and mix .
Heat the oven and brush your baking tin well with butter ,pour in the mixture … Then grate jaipher (nutmeg) before placing in the oven … For about a 1/2 hour . Check to see if it nice and firm and take out of the oven and let cool ….
You can serve it hot or well cooled ….
Optional if anyone wants to add dried fruits … Add while the mixture is on boil … Almonds and raisins are best ..
