• Salt to taste
  • Vinegar 1 tablespoon
  • Onion 1 large
  • Black Pepper 1 and half tsp
  • Capsicum (Shimla Mirch) 1 large cut in cubes
  • Eggs 1 (beaten)
  • Cabbage 3-4 cup cut thinly
  • Bread Crumbs 2 cups
  • Minced Meat (Qeema) 1 and 1/4 cup
  • Red Chili 2 table spoon
  • Bread (slices) accordingly
  • Cooking Oil 2-3 table spoon


Remove the sides of the bread with knife. In a pan put oil n fry the mince meat till cooked. Add onions n capsicum n cook till soft.

Add cabbage and green chillies. Now add salt pepper sauce n vinegar. Cook till thicken. Now in a plate add water n a pinch of black pepper.

Soak the slice of bread in it. Now press it in between ur hands to remove excess water.

Putt the filling in between and fold it n close its ends but pressing em.

Dip it in beaten egg n roll it in the bread crumbs..deep fry it. Tannaan its ready.
