Brinjals In Garlic Sauce at


Brinjals 4 nos medium size, cut into quarters 
Garlic paste 1 tbspn 
Ginger paste 1 tspn 
oil 3 tbspns 
Red chilly powder 1/2 tspn 
Fennel powder 1 tspn 
Salt use as required 
Mono sodium glutamate 1 tspn 
Soya sauce 2 tspns 
Corn flour 2 tbspns 
Sugar 1 tspn 
Spring onions 2 tbspns chopped


Heat the oil in a wok. Add the garlic ginger paste and fry for 30 seconds over a medium flame stirring constantly. 
Add the brinjals and fry till the brinjals starts to change color. 
Add the red chilly powder, fennel powder and fry for a minute over a medium flame stirring constantly. 
Reduce the flame and add the Soya sauce, salt, ajinomotto, sugar and fry for a minute. 
Add a little water and simmer the mixture till the brinjals are cooked. 
Dissolve the corn flour in a little water and mix with the Brinjals . Mix thoroughly. 
When the gravy becomes thick remove from the flame. 
Serve hot garnished with the spring onions.
