BROAST WITH POTATO SALAD

Ingredients

  • Salt To Taste
  • White Pepper 1 tbsp
  • Sufi Banaspati (Ghee) For Frying
  • Fine Flour 80 gm
  • Corn Flour 80 gm
  • Cream 3 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise 8 tbsp
  • Baking Soda 1 tsp
  • Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Green Chili Paste 1.5 tsp
  • White Pepper Powder 1 tbsp
  • Potatoes Medium size (Diced)
  • Green Onion 3
  • Caster Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Chicken (Wirth Skin) 750 gm

COOKING DIRECTIONS

In a large bowl add garlic paste, green chili paste, salt, baking soda and water and mix it well.

Now marinate chicken in this mixture well and leave it for 4 to 5 hours.

For coating add fine flour, corn flour, salt and white pepper powder in a bowl and mix it well.

Now coat the marinated chicken with this mixture and dip in water.

Repeat the process 3 times then finally coat then chicken in the mixture again and deep fry in Sufi Banaspati.

For Potato Salad cut pieces of boiled potatoes and add salt, white pepper powder, caster sugar, mayonnaise, cream and green onion and mix it well.
