• Chicken 1 kg
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Red colora pinch
  • Salt1 tsp
  • Butter3 tbsp
  • Green chilies, chopped 4-6
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Tomato puree ¼ cup
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Almonds 5
  • Cashews 5
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Chopped coriander to garnish


Marinate chicken with curd, pinch of red color and 1 tsp red chili powder. Heat oil, add the marinated chicken. Let cook.

Heat oil in another pan add green chilies and red chili powder; butter, tomato puree, curd, salt, sauté,

add the ground almonds and cashews, cream and stir in the chicken, mix well and garnish with chopped coriander.
