Candy Cake Recipe

In the flour mix baking powder, in a bowl beat egg, sugar, till become fluffy. Add flour and fold well, then pour in a greased baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes on 180o C

Recipe Ingredients

  • Flour 4 oz
  • Caster Sugar 4 oz
  • Eggs 4
  • Baking Powder 1 tsp
  • Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
  • Sugar syrup 1/4 cup

For Topping:

  • Cream 8 oz (whipped)
  • Icing sugar 4 oz
  • Strawberry Candies 8 to 10 crushed
Recipe Method

  1. In the flour mix baking powder, in a bowl beat egg, sugar, till become fluffy.
  2. Add flour and fold well, then pour in a greased baking dish.
  3. Bake for 25 minutes on 180o C.
  4. Now whip cream with sugar, cut cake in two layers, drop sugar syrup on layers and spread cream and candies on one layer.
  5. Then put other layer, and set cream on all sides and top.
  6. Then decorate with crushed candies.
