CARROT POTATO FRITTERS

INGREDIENTS

  • Cooked Carrots 2 cups
  • Prepared instant Mashed Potatoes (without Fat) 12 ounces
  • Onion Chopped 1 cup
  • Ketchup 3 tbsp
  • Dill Weed 1 tsp
  • Vegetable Oil 2 tsp
  • Garlic Clove chopped crushed 1
  • Salt to taste

COOKING DIRECTIONS

Mash together the carrots and potatoes in a bowl and set aside.

Heat oil in a small skillet and brown the onion and garlic until tender, then add it to the potato/carrot mixture.

Stir in the ketchup and dill weed.
