Chatni fish Tikka By Shireen Anwar

Fish boneless ½ kg cubes
Lemon juice 4 tbsp
Coriander leaves ½ bunch
Green chilies 6
Desisted coconut 3 tbsp
Cumin seeds 2 tsp
Garlic crushed 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp leveled
1. To prepare the chutney blend together 4tbsp Lemon juice, Coriander leaves ½ bunch, green chilies 6, desiccated coconut 3 tbsp, Cumin seeds 2 tsp, Garlic crushed 1 tsp and Salt 1 tsp leveled.
2. Marinate fish for 1 hour, put on skewers, bake on 180 degree C for 20 minutes.
3. To give that BBQ flavor give the smoke of coal
