Chicken 1kg, cut into karahi pieces
Ginger / Garlic 1 tbsp
All spice ½ tsp
Chilly powder 1 ½ tsp
Roasted Cumin 1 tsp, crushed
Salt 1 ½ tsp, leveled
Curd 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 3 tbsp
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Coriander & green chillies for garnishing


  • 1. Marinate chicken with all above ingredients for 30 minutes.
  • 2. Bake on 180c for ½ an hour, or cook in a pan for ½ an hour.
  • 3. Serve garnished with green chillies. Give dam of coal.
