CHEESY VEGETARIAN BITES

INGREDIENTS

  • Some Bolognese sauce/ traditional pasta sauce/ pizza sauce
  • 2 thick bread slices
  • ½ cup grated tasty cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup grated sharp parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup chopped tomatoes and capsicums

COOKING DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Cut each bread slice into 4 quarters and arrange them on a baking tray. Apply ½ of sauce on each one of these pieces.

Combine both of the cheese in a bowl and then place some of it on each one of them. Then add some chopped vegetables and bake for 10 minutes.

Serve hot with tomato salsa.
