CHICKEN CHEESE BALLS

INGREDIENTS

  • half kg Chicken
  • 3 Potato
  • half the amount of chicken Mozzarella cheese
  • to taste Salt
  • one teaspoon White pepper
  • for dipping Bread crumbs
  • Bowl of water
  • for deep frying Oil

COOKING DIRECTIONS

Boil chicken and potatoes. Take off both, peel off potatoes and mesh until there is not a single lump remaining.

Mesh the chicken and make sure that it is grounded.
Crush the cheese.

Mix all of the above mentioned ingredients including paste of potatoes, grounded chicken, salt and white pepper.

Make round shaped balls of the chicken.

First dip in cold water, then in bread crumbs and then again in cold water and one more time in bread crumbs.

Heat the oil and make it ready for deep frying, make sure that it is not too cold, nor too hot.

Deep fry balls one by one; take out in a platter serve hot with ketchup and cold drink or tea.
