Chicken Steam Roll

 

Recipe Ingredients

  • Chicken mince 300 gm
  • Rice noodles ¼ packet
  • Egg beaten half
  • Bean sprout 1 cup
  • Carrot 1
  • Spring onion 2
  • Black mushrooms 3 – 4
  • Peanut roasted 25 gm
  • Iceberg half
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Honey 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Mint leaves 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Recipe Method

  1. Soak ¼ packet of rice noodle and 3 – 4 black mushrooms in warm water.
  2. In chopper put together 300 gm chicken mince, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tbsp vinegar and 25 gm roasted peanuts. Chopeprize well and remove mixture in a bowl.
  3. Now add in 2 chopped spring onion, half flower of chopped iceberg, 1 cup bean sprout and ¼ cup rice noodles. Mix well.
  4. Then add 3 – 4 chopped black mushrooms, 2 tbsp coriander leaves, 2 tbsp mint leaves, salt to taste and beaten egg. Mix well.
  5. Grease your hand with a little oil, make rolls with the prepared mixture.
  6. Put rolls in steamer and cook for 10 – 12 minutes.
  7. Serve with chili garlic sauce or ketchup.
