Chilli Fries Recipe

It’s a meal kids love and you can spice them up with a variety of things
Chilli Fries
Recipe Ingredients

  • Potatoes 2 (cut into fingers)
  • Mince 100 gm
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Onion 2 tbsp chopped
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Mustard paste ½ tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chilli ½ tsp
  • Tomato paste 1 tbsp
  • Ketchup 2 tbsp

       For topping:

  • Cream 2 tbsp
  • Cream cheese 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Jalapeno pepper 4 sliced
  • Ginger Garlic paste 1/2tsp
  • Parsley chopped 1 tsp
  • Green onion leaves 1 tbsp (finely chopped)

Recipe Method

  1. Heat oil in a frying pan, add 2tbsp chopped onions and sauté for 2 minutes
  2. Add garlic paste with mince, and fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Add all seasonings with ½ cup water.
  4. Cover and cook till mince is tender.
  5. In a wok deep fry potato fingers till they turn crisp and light golden in colour.

         To serve:

  1. In a platter spread fries topped with mince.
  2. Then pour cream cheese and sliced jalapeños topped with parsley and green onions.
  3. Serve immediately.
