COld Chicken

Chicken is boiled with ginger/garlic paste and then seasoned with vegetables in this simple and flavorful dish.

Cold Chicken at


Chicken breasts strips 1 lb 
Ginger paste 1 tsp 
Garilc paste 1 tsp 
Curd 1 
Salt to taste 
Mayonese 1/2 cup 
Garlic powder 1 tsp 
Vinegar 1 tbsp 
Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp 
Chilli sauce to taste 
Mushrooms, olives and spring onions as per required


To begin with mix together ginger/garlic paste & salt place it over thechicken. 
Then steam chicken breasts strips for 10 min & keep aside. 
Make a mixture of curd, mayonese, vinegar, chillie sauce, tomato ketchup & garlic powder. 
Place steamed chicken pieces in an open platter & pour mayonese mixture over them evenly. 
Last of all garnish the dish with mushrooms, olives, spring onions etc. 
Serve cold & enjoy with plain rice or dinner rolls.
