Coriander paper Chicken

Chicken boneless ½ kg
Onion 2
Green chilies 6
Garlic 6 cloves
Coriander leaves ½ bunch
Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
Brown sugar 1 tsp
Wooster sauce 1 tbsp
Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp
• Cut ½ kg boneless chicken into cubes, marinate with a little salt and ½ tsp crushed black pepper.
• Cut 2 onion, 6 green chilies and 6 cloves of garlic into strips.
• Heat 3 tbsp oil in pan, add sliced vegetables and sauté well. Remove and keep aside.
• In the remaining oil add chicken cubes and fry for 10 minutes.
• Add ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp crushed black pepper, 2 tbsp vinegar, 1 tsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp Wooster sauce, 2 tbsp soya sauce and fried vegetables.
• Fry for few minutes, sprinkle with ½ bunch chopped coriander leaves and serve.
