Creamy Mince Cutlets Recipe

Cutlets is a well-liked popular recipe as a snacks with average effort for homemade on any occasion with good meaty and creamy taste and texture.
Creamy Mince Cutlets
Recipe Ingredients

  •     Beef mince 1 kg
  •     Bread 2 slices
  •     Green chilies 4 (chopped)
  •     Fresh milk ½ kg
  •     Bread crumbs as required
  •     Fresh coriander ½ bunch (chopped)
  •     Black pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
  •     Butter 1 tbsp
  •     Refined flour 3 tbsp
  •     Salt to taste
  •     Oil for frying
Recipe Method

  1. Put salt in mince and cook till its water dries.
  2. Add bread slices and blend finely in blender.
  3. Heat butter in a pot and put flour cook a while.
  4. Cool flour, add milk and mix thoroughly.
  5. Mix mince, milk mixture, green chilies, coriander and black pepper in a bowl, make cutlets.
  6. Heat oil in a frying pan, coat cutlets first eggs and then breadcrumbs and fry.
  7. Remove on absorbent paper when golden.
