DAL KABABI

INGREDIENTS

  • Gram lentil ½ cup
  • Yellow lentil l½ cup
  • Chicken mince ½ kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Roasted and crushed cumin 1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
  • Chopped green coriander ½ bunch
  • Chopped mint leaves1 bunch
  • Chopped green chilies 4
  • Rice flour 3 tbsp
  • Egg white s2
  • Oil to fry

COOKING DIRECTIONS

Soak ½ cup gram lentil and ½ cup yellow lentil in some hot water and boil it. Now chop the chicken mince and both the lentils.

When everything is chopped, add in 3 tbsp rice flour, 2 egg white, 3 tbsp rice flour, 2 egg whites, ½ bunch green coriander, 4 chopped green chilies, 1 bunch mint leaves, 1 tbsp roasted and crushed cumin, 1 tbsp crushed red chili, 1 tsp crushed black pepper and some salt. Mix it and knit it and make kabab.

Once they are golden brown take them out and serve it with chili garlic sauce.
