Double Roti Kay Patties Recipe

Double Roti Kay Patties
Recipe Ingredients

  • Boiled and shredded chicken 2 cups
  • Green chilies 3 to 4 chopped
  • Coriander leaves chopped2 tbsp
  • Mushrooms thinly sliced 4 to 6
  • Eggs beaten 2 to 3
  • Bread slices 8 to 10
  • Oil for frying
  • Bread crumbs as required

       Ingredients for white sauce

  • Flour 3 tbsp
  • Butter2 tbsp
  • Milk 1 ½ cup
  • Salt, black pepper and mustard 1 tsp each

Recipe Method

  1. Make thick white sauce add in it chicken, chilies, coriander, mushrooms, mix all well, cut bread slices with round cutter, put chicken mixture on each slice, cover with another bread slice, dip in beaten egg roll in bread crumbs, deep fry till golden, serve with ketchup.
