Easy Pistachio Kulfi

A cold frozen treat on a hot summery day…

Easy Pistachio Kulfi at DesiRecipes.com


14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk 
14 oz can of carnation milk 
Half cup of semi crushed pistachio’s 
14 oz of heavy whipping cream 
2 slices of bread minus the crust, chopped, 
1 teaspoon of sugar


Pour sweetened condensed milk into a blender. 
Add the carnation milk, heavy whipping cream, pistachio’s, chopped up pieces of bread and sugar. 
Then put the mixture into individual desert dishes or a big container. 
Freeze till frozen. 
This should take a couple of hours. 
Serve in individual desert dishes or use a melon ball scoop to make kulfi scoops and serve in desert dish. 
Your guests will be amazed at your culinary skills!
