Who doesn’t like barbeques? I actually don’t know anyone who doesn’t like the smell of the ribs and the fun of the time spent with family and friends.
And the thing is… there is something that is very unique when it is time to eat.
People actually do an small silence to quietly taste the menu. And I have to mention this: People do pay attention to how it tastes. Sure they do! And I can say for sure that this is the most important moment of the meal.
But to prepare real mouth watering barbeques is not something easy. And you’ve got to know the right techniques. And to have the right menu idea of course.
It is something true that you actually have to know the ‘insider secrets’ so you can prepare BBs so tasty that people will really like it.
So… I wanted to share with you my top 4 favorite ‘insider’ menu ideas to prepare real tasty BBQs. Why not top 10 right? I don’t want to share B.S. with you, so I’m just going to share my best 4-only BBQ menu ideas.
1- Using Beer. Before you throw the meat on the grill, you have to put some beer all over it. You have to wash it with beer. And you’ll note the difference right away when grilling. This will actually give a better taste to all the ingredients you use.
2- Using Whisky. I won’t say this is not an expensive idea, but if you try it sometimes, you’ll note the difference right away. Whisky will actually give a great taste to the meat and all of the other ingredients you use.
3. Using Citrus and Soy Sauce. If you can mix lemon juice with soy sauce, you can create a delicious sauce. Then you only need to marinate your veggies and the meat in this sauce before you grill. This is something very tasty.
4- Cheese, garlic and potato. This one is actually one of my favorites menu ideas. You only need to put some garlic into the meat. You should do this in an strategical way… your common sense will be useful for this. Then, you put the cheese over the meat when it is already on the grill.
If you have never tasted grilled potato, you’re really missing it. Preparing it is not something difficult, you just have to place the potatoes on the outer edges of the grill. And it may need like 45 to 60 minutes depending on its size. And when you check that a fork slides into the middle of it with ease, then it’s done.
And you know what? Just by writing this thing I already want to leave this and run to the backyard and prepare some of it right now. I can feel my mouth watering already!
I’m giving up on this. I really can’t resist it anymore. I’m sorry but have to leave you my friend.. you will find me at the backyard. But before I finish, please don’t forget that there’s really nothing that compares to real experience. The more experience you have, the better you’ll be at preparing delicious BBQs.
