Finger Fish

Fish marinated in spices and then deep fried.

ingredients

1 kg. salmon fish, cut in fingers 
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper 
1 teaspoon Ajinomoto 
2 tablespoons vinegar or lemon juice 
2 eggs, beaten 
2 cups bread crumbs 
Oil for frying

PreparatiOn

Add salt, pepper, Ajinomoto and vinegar to fish and marinate for 4 hours. 
Dip the fish fingers in beaten eggs and cover with crumbs. 
Deep fry on medium heat till golden brown. 
Serve hot with ketchup and french fries.
