Fish Chili Roast

 

Ingredients
Whole fish (1/2 kg) 1
German chilies 4
Lemon leaves 6
Salt ½ tsp
Ginger chopped 2 tsp
Garlic chopped 2 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Ingredients for Sauce
Oil 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 4 tbsp
Sweet chili sauce 4 tbsp
Fish sauce 2 tbsp

Method for Sauce
• In a pan put together 1 tbsp oil, 4 tbsp lemon juice, 4 tbsp sweet chili sauce and 2 tbsp fish sauce. Cook for 2 minutes and remove.
Method for Fish
• Wash whole fish and mark cuts on it.
• In a bowl mix together 2 tbsp oil, 4 German chilies cut into strips, 6 lemon leaves, 2 tsp chopped ginger, 2 tsp chopped garlic and ½ tsp salt. Mix well and stuff fish with this mixture. Also marinate fish with this mixture well.
• Now bake in a pre heated oven of 200 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes.
• Now put in a grill oven for 10 minutes. Remove and serve with prepared sauce.
