FISH ROLLS

INGREDIENTS

  • Green chutney (mint + fresh green chillies + dhania fresh)/dhaniya,hari mirch aur podeene ki chatni
  • Mayonnaise or butter/mayonnaise ya makhan
  • Tuna fish 1 tin / Machli
  • Soji
  • Bread slices.

COOKING DIRECTIONS

Take slices of bread and cut the bread from its sides. Now dip for 1 second in water and press the water out.

Now put green chutney or mayonnaise or butter on bread and the fish on it and turn it like roll.

Now roll it in soji and put all the rolls in a fridge. When to serve deep-fry them.
