French Onion Potato Salad Recipe

French salads use fresh ingredients in their traditional french recipes. Seasonal dishes eaten throughout France at any time of the year.This is an appetizer made with potatoes cubed and cooked, cider vinegar, celery diced, french onion dip, sugar, salt.
 French Onion Potato Salad
Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 cups potatoes, cubed and cooked
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 cups celery,diced
  • 1 cup French onion dip
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 3 eggs, hard boiled
Recipe Method
Sprinkle warm potatoes with salt, sugar and vinegar.Toss lightly.Add onion, celery and eggs (mashed or sliced, your preference). Carefully blend in onion dip. Chill several hr. or overnight for flavors to blend.
Sprinkle with paprika.Serve cold.
