FRIED VEGETABLES

Ingredients

  • Salt to taste
  • Carrot (round sliced) 1 cup
  • Peas 2 cups
  • Ground Black Pepper as required
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Broccoli 1

COOKING DIRECTIONS

Stir fry the broccoli and vegetables in butter. Add salt and black pepper after frying.

Fried vegetables are ready you can serve them as a part of dish or independently.
