Garlic Chutney

This is a homemade chutney and its taste is only authentic when it is made by hand and in the traditional wooden apparatus. (you can try it making in grinder). 


4 Cloves garlic 
Salt to taste 
4 Green chilies 
2 Table spoon Vinegar or lemon juice (or both mixed)
Put garlic  and salt in a wooden apparatus (you can try it making in grinder). 
Grind it a little then put green chilies and grind it to a course paste. 
Now add vinegar or lemon and mix it well. 
You can add a little water to make it thin. 
Both watery or without water chutney are tasty depends which one you like.
It is good for lowering cholestrol.
