Ginger Garlic Paste Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

  • 250 grams garlic
  • 125 grams ginger
  • ½ cup vinegar
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp salt
Recipe Method

  1. Peel 250g  garlic cloves .Chop the cloves and 125g ginger
  2. In a food processor, combine the garlic and ginger.Add1/2 cup vinegar, 4tbsp oil and 1tbps salt.
  3. Pulse to blend, until a smooth paste is formed.
  4. Refrigerate or freeze
