Grape Smoothie Recipe

The tangy sweet grapes fit perfectly in this blended pick-me-up beverage.Grapes are high in vitamin C and potassium. The skins contain resveratrol, the healthy substance found in red wine and known to help protect against cancer and heart disease.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 3 cups Grapes(juiced and strained to 3 cups of water)
  • to taste Sugar
  • 2 tbsps Cranberry syrup
  • 1 Pomegranate (seeds juiced omegranate (seeds juiced omegranate (seeds juiced and strained to 2 cups of water)
  • 3 tbsps Vanilla ice cream
  • 3 cups Milk
  • 1 tbsp Cream
  • pinch Cinnamon powder
Recipe Method

  1. First strain juices
  2. In a blender add all ingredients and blend them well
  3. Pour in tall serving glasses
  4. Serve them chilled
