Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients:

8 slices of White Bread (or any choice of bread)
12 (1 ounce) slices of Cheddar Cheese (or any choice of cheese)
8 tsp. Butter (Makhan) (softened)

Method:
Spread 1 side of each bread slice with 1 teaspoon butter.

Heat 12-inch skillet or griddle on medium heat. Place 1 slice of bread in skillet, buttered-side down. Top with 3 slices of cheese. Cover with 1 slice bread, buttered-side up. Cook until bread is golden brown; turn. Continue cooking until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted (2 to 3 minutes). Repeat with remaining ingredients.
