Grilled Vegetables Recipe

Marinate the vegetable pieces in the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper. Leave for 2 hours.

Recipe Ingredients

  •     Mixed vegetables, cut into big pieces 1 cup
  •     Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  •     Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp
  •     Vinegar 1 tbsp
  •     Cornflour 1 tsp
  •     Cream 2 tbsp
  •     Celery, chopped 2 tbsp
  •     Fresh parsley 2 tbsp
  •     Milk 1/4 cup
  •     Mustard sauce 1/4 tsp
  •     Cheese, grated 2 tbsp
  •     Salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Method

  1. Marinate the vegetable pieces in the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper.
  2. Leave for 2 hours.
  3. Cook the cream with the milk and cornflour in a pan.
  4. Season with salt, pepper and add the mustard sauce.
  5. Cook till thick and creamy.
  6. Arrange the vegetable pieces on a pie dish.
  7. Pour the sauce on top.
  8. Sprinkle grated cheese, celery and parsley and grill till the vegetables are cooked and the cheese melts.
