Handee Gola Kabab

Gola kabab are very soft kind of kabab that most likely melt in your mouth and made with beef or mutton.

Ingredients

Mince 1/2 kg 
Bhuna chana 1/4 cup 
Garam masala 1 tsp 
Salt 1 tea sp 
Yogurt 1/4 cup 
Onion 1 large raw grinded 
Ginger / garlic 2 tea sp levelled 
Papaya 1 table sp Poppy seeds 1 table sp 
Saunf 1 tbsp 
Coriander seeds 1 table sp 
Coconut 1 table sp 
Red chilli whole 10-15

PreparatiOn

Roast saunf, coriander, coconut and red whole chillies. 
Grind these roasted ingredients with chana. 
Marinate mince with papaya, salt, ginger / garlic and all the roasted and grinded masala. 
Mix well and keep in fridge for an hour or two. 
Mix in Yogurt. 
Make balls. 
Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry kabab balls in little oil. Add ¼ cup of water and let cook on low heat until well done and water is absorbed. 
Lastly add green chillies, coriander leaves and remove on a serving dish. 
Serve hot with naan.
