With the minced beef combine the plain yogurt , salt, turmeric powder and cumin seeds and set aside. Heat oil in a large pot and cook the sliced onions until they are brown in color.

Recipe Ingredients

  • Mince 1 kg
  • Onion 3 big
  • Garlic 10-12 clove
  • Ginger as required
  • Yogurt 350 gram
  • Red chilli powder 3 tbsp
  • Cumin 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Mix spices 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
  • Green chilli 150 gram
  • Lemon 3-4
  • Coriander as required
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 1 cup
Recipe Method

  • Grind onion thin and do golden brown in oil. Then add garlic and saute it.
  • Now add mince and cook it.
  • Together add red chilli powder, turmeric, salt, cumin and yogurt and cook until water dries.
  • Lastly, add green chillies and roast it.
  • Take out in serving dish.
  • Garnish with onion rings, lemon, coriander and ginger and serve it.
