Home made Green Peas Masala

Green Peas – 100 gms
Finely chopped onions – 2 nos
Fine chopped Tomato – 2nos
Ghee – 2 ts
Ginger Garlic paste – 1 ts
Curry leaves – 1 punch
Chilli powder – 1 ts
Turmeric Powder – 1 ts
Coriander powder – 1 ts
Cumin seed powder – 1 ts
Oil – as required
Salt – to taste
Water – as required

Preparation method :-
Soak Green peas in water and half boil in water. In a deep pan, pour oil and ghee. Heat and add onion, Ginger Garlic paste, tomato and saute until it makes a paste. Add curry leaves, all other powders and saute untill it makes a good aroma. Add boiled Green Peas, salt, a pinch of Colour Powder to make the color, salt as required and little water and stir well. Simmer for 5 minutes until it is cooked and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with Roti, Naan or Chappathi.
